Earth is the body. Air is the mind. Water is emotion. Fire is the vitality of life force.

These elements represent energy and symbolize different facets of human life. They all come from nature. By connecting with them and understanding their presence in us, we become aware of our connection with nature and our relationship with the divine.

Four Elements Ceremony is designed to purify the inner being and bring balance to the individual. I use Shaman drum, rattle, singing bowls, koshi bells to lead through all 4 elements in the trancentendal state.

We all come together on Friday night, have a dinner together, get to know each other, meditate, clean our energy preparing for Saturday ceremony.

Saturday we open the ceremony with air and water purification, then the earth with the teacher plant and the fire ceremony in the end which helps us to purify the part of ourselves that prevents us from living our best life.
